本品10克含盐酸特比萘芬0.1克，辅料为卡伯姆0.15克、丙二醇2克、乙醇3克、聚乙二醇-400 1克、聚山梨醇-80 0.3克、乙二胺四醋。
性状
半透明状或乳白色凝胶。
功能主治/适应症
烯丙胺类抗真菌药物，适用于治疗敏感真菌所引起的体癣、股癣、手癣、足癣和花斑癣。

用法用量

局部外用。取本品适量涂敷于患处及其周围，每日2次。体股癣连续使用2-4周，手足癣、花斑癣连续用药4-6周。
不良反应
少数患者可有局部一过性烧灼感和刺痛感、干燥、红斑、瘙痒和局部刺激症状，个别患者可有接触性皮炎发生。
禁忌
对特比萘芬或萘替芬过敏者禁用。

药理作用
特比萘芬是一种有广谱抗真菌活性的丙烯胺类药物。本品能特异地干扰真菌固醇的早期生物合成，高选择性抑制真菌的麦角鲨烯环氧化酶，使真菌细胞膜形成过程中麦角鲨烯环氧化反应受阻，从而达到杀灭或抑制真菌的作用。
注意事项

1.仅供皮肤涂敷用,不能用于眼内,要避免与鼻,口腔及其它粘膜接触。
2.皮肤涂敷后不必包扎。 
3.连续用药4周后，若症状无改善，则请再到医院就诊。
4. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女慎用。
5.开放性伤口不宜使用本品。
